Usage Recommendations

Fluorescent pigments are suitable for various types of waxes including paraffin and vegetable-based waxes. Usage levels depend on the desired color intensity:

Color Type Recommended Usage

Light Colors (e.g., beige) 0.05% – 0.1%

Standard Colors (e.g., red, blue, yellow) 0.1% – 0.5%

Dark Colors 0.5% – 1%

For example, to achieve standard coloring, mix 0.1 – 0.5 kg of fluorescent pigment with 1000 kg of wax.

Production and Storage Tips

Recommended Wax Temperature: Keep the working temperature around 85ºC. Excessive heat or prolonged exposure of hot colored wax to air can cause color fading or discoloration.

Storage: Fluorescent pigments must be sealed, protected from light, and stored separately by color to maintain their quality and longevity.
